Connecting to the arena is an outdoor restroom facility. There are additional shops, six 18x20 deer/animal shelters, and cattle pens, an additional two equipment shops. The ranch currently has 3 access roads in Montgomery County and one access in Harris County to the 22 acres, which is adjoined to the ranch.
