DeAinna is really great to work with. I definitely plan to use her services again. I found out about her through my brother who had spent months getting his 3 townhomes sold last year. The townhomes sold within a couple weeks of her getting involved. Fast forward to my experience...I was selling my first home and was not very familiar with what was needed to get full market value. She helped me determine a good price and figure out what repairs/upgrades were necessary to get it. As soon as I finished making upgrades, she started working her magic with listing the property, hosting open houses and going door to door to hand out fliers. Needless to say, the house was sold within a week at full asking price and minimal concessions since I had several great offers to choose from!
